Sector Based Work Academies

We work in partnership with both employers and JCP to deliver Sector Based Work Academies.

 

This is a free recruitment service for employers with 5 or more vacancies in the retail, care, hospitality and warehousing sectors. We work in partnership with Job Centre Plus and other referral agencies to complete our selection process to identify suitable candidates for your vacancies.

All candidates work through our pre-entry training ensuring that every candidate that completes the Academy has the tools they need to secure employment. The training includes:

• Level 1 or 2 Functional Skills Maths

• Level 1 or 2 Functional Skills English

• Digital Work Skills

• Level 1 Vocational Certificate relevant to your industry
